At AquaBlu Mosaics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tile purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused, full-sheet products within 30 days of delivery.

Request Authorization

Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the correct return shipping address for your specific mosaic collection.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack your tiles in their original packaging with sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit, as items damaged during return shipping cannot be refunded.

Ship the Items

Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier, ensuring you retain the tracking information for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned material to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
